By accessing or using Sahay ("Sahay", "we", "us", or "our"), including our websites, apps, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Sahay provides tools to connect learners and mentors, host learning content, schedule sessions, and related community features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, or use the Service only with a parent or guardian's permission if required by law.

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or others' rights.
• Harass, threaten, defraud, spam, or distribute malware or harmful code.
• Attempt to probe, scrape, or circumvent security or rate limits without permission.
• Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or affiliation, including impersonation of Sahay staff or mentors.

Mentors and community members may share opinions and experience. That content is informational and not professional advice (including legal, medical, financial, or tax advice). You are responsible for your own decisions. Sahay does not guarantee outcomes from mentorship or sessions.

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Sahay a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the Service, subject to your account settings and applicable law.

Certain features may be paid. Prices and terms are presented at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law or our written policy at the time of purchase.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sahay and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk or harm, or as needed to comply with law.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
